Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your products as much as we do, however if you're not 100% happy with your items we offer a full refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for refund/exchange you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your product. You then have another 14 days to return it. If a total of 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage receipt from whoever you leave your return parcel with. If your return doesn't reach us and you don't have proof you sent it back to us we won't be able to refund you.

Refunds: 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed right away, and the amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Sale items:
Unfortunately we do not accept refund on sale items.
Exchanges:
If your item is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will offer an exchange/replace it. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thedottyducks.co.uk 
Any error or damage to an order must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt of the order in question.

Shipping costs: 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
